Why Do I Have Allergic Reactions To Apples, But Not Apple Sauce Or Apple Juice?

Apple make my throat itch alot (though i still eat them sometimes) but I have no reaction toward apple sauce or apple juice.

maybe the sauce and the juice aren’t really “apples”, i mean it is but not the whole entire thing is made out of apples. there is a bunch of added ingredients.
WELL YOU ARE EITHER ALLERGIC TO THE SKINS OR TO ALUM..WHICH IS A CHEMICAL INSECT REPELLANT (I AM NOT SURE IT IS STILL USED BUT I KNOW IT ONCE WAS) …..TO SEE..WASH THE APPLE THROUGHLY WITH CLEAN WATER..IF YOU HAVE THE SAME REACTION ITS THE SKIN…
