If its only started happening the last couple of days its probably the weather. Take the aerial out of the set , or it may be going to a dvd recorder or video recorder first take the aerial out and hit the end onto your hand , make sure theres no water coming out of the end. You can also unscrew the end carefully and make sure its all secure. none of the meshy copper must be touching the copper inner core of the aerial lead.
