Time Space Condos will have almost 1700 houses. These houses will be located above 1,900 square meters of retail space situated along Sherbourne and Front streets. The podium located in the North of the development will actively hide a parking garage. This one will be above-grade and will beautifully complement the below-grade, single level parking lot under the whole development.
The Site Plan for the Time Space Condos
In their website, you can view the Site Plan for the Time Space Condos. This plan shows the Front Street section and has been generated by Wallman Architects. This plan indicates all four residential towers and is a major upgrade of the original one which showed only two towers. These were 33 and 34 storeys tall.
The Time Space Condos are designed such that they will face the courtyard and part of the front part of Princess Street. The rows of townhouses in this development will provide occupants with a direct eye to the street at this grade level.
There will be a total of 14 units located in this section of the development. 13 of them are planned to be three bedroom houses. This is a welcome change from the original plan which had 11 of them designed as two bedroom houses.
Another feature of the Time Space Condos that is borrowed from the previous plan is the parking space. This urban, modern development in Toronto will have 10 storeys of parking. All of them are above grade. The parking complex in this development will have a total of 836 parking spots. Out of these, 563 of them will be located above grade and 273 of them located below grade.
