The only downsides are that the platforms are held in place by gravity and the feet are very slip-resistant -- which just makes it a little more difficult to move. But I'd say good overall. Construction was simple, but if you have someone to help I suppose it would be even easier since the glass panes are somewhat heavy. <br /> <br />The stand looks very sharp, is nice and sturdy, and priced well. The only small issue I would mention is that since the glass is black, you'll probably want to dust this thing frequently so it stays looking good. It arrived in perfect condition and was easy to put together. I had inadvertantly caused a problem with the initial delivery, which would have been only 2 days after placing the order. This had nothing to do with either Amazon or the retailer. When I called the retailer, 6th Avenue Electronics, to have the delivery rescheduled, they were a pleasure to deal with and the table was redelivered two days later, without any additional cost.
