My Samsung Television Is Making A High Pitched Ringing Sound When Watching Cable Or Dvd. How To Fix It?

As stated before, my SAMSUNG television emits this high pitched ringing or squealing sound when I’m watching Cable or DVD. How do I go about fixing this? The warranty is up at BestBuy and I would prefer not spending money to take it to a television repair shop. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

check all you wire and connection it sounds like feedback from the wiring or short
