CRAPPY MOUNT WITH LOW QUALITY STEEL CONSTRUCTION
All I have to say is that this mount makes all good mounts look bad and is made with Hollow Steel thats less that Solid its Cheap and only Copys better Higher Quality Mounts.

I will purchase from this company and this product again.

I ordered this mount as it was advertised to be able to handle up to a 63″ TV of 180lbs. On a whim I called the supplier before it shipped to be sure that it was going to work for my TV (Samsung 63″ Plasma). The manufacturer didn’t know but after some discussion they gave me the maximum mounting hole dimensions. I called Samsung and determined that this mount would not work. Most large screen TVs have VESA 800 x 400 mounting holes and this mount won’t do the job. Nor will other mounts by Cheetah. Check Level Mount sold at Sam’s Club as it is fully VESA compliant for all mounting dimensions and is a very sturdy mount but 1/2 the price of the admittedly superior Omnimount UCL-X

TV mounted: 46″ Panasonic plasma G15
Parts (lots of small parts): all there except for 1 plastic spacer (cut one from a piece of irrigation tubing), good quality
Instructions: fair, but as said before, this is not rocket science. I found it helpful to install the bracket on the back of the TV first so I could see where to vertically place the wall portion of the mount. You will need a 2nd person to lift and attach the TV if the mount is fairly high.
Fit/Finish/Function: very good quality, the unit swings and tilts as it should, didn’t use the cable management system as the unit is completly hidden by the TV in a cabinet.

To begin with, I am not a handyman by any stretch of the imagination, but I figured I would give mounting this a try. With a decent stud finder, level, and ratchet I had all the tools I needed. It went up on the wall very easily, and the TV attached nearly as easily. I was very impressed with the sturdiness and the ability to adjust the angles. I attached a 46 inch Sony Bravia TV and have no concerns with it coming down. As with many of the other comments, I could not believe the price in comparison with other brands (many more than $300)! I would certainly recommend this product to anybody who might be interested. The item is not perfect. The instructions are not clear, and it would be nice if some of the hardware was covered better behind the TV, but for the price, and functionality of the object, this is possibly the best deal I have ever found on Amazon!
