I’m actually asking about apples, not pot. I’m wondering why apple trees are usually only seen in orchards with many trees, almost never standing alone in someones’ back yard or something.

apple trees do not need a male and female to produce apples the apple is the female part of the plant the seed the reason you only see them in orchards is because it is easier for the farmer/producer to go along and pick the apples in large quantities

Maybe God should have grown something else in the garden of eden? There was only one apple tree there, wasn’t there
